EXPERTISE: environment; climate change

Marjory-Anne Bromhead joined PTF in 2020. She has over 40 years of experience in international development co-operation, mainly with the World Bank, but also with OECD DAC , the African Development Bank, IFAD, FAO and with Consulting companies. She was environmental and natural resources manager in the World Bank for 10 years in the Eastern Europe and Central Asia and Africa regions, responsible for strategic and operational work as well as for staff development and oversight. She has held other senior positions in these and the Middle Eastern and North Africa (MENA) regions, and has undertaken a broad range of analytical and project tasks.. Recent consulting assignments for the World Bank have included a contribution to 2021 flagship MENA report: “Blue Skies, Blue Seas” and to a Country Environment Analysis for Madagascar. She was co-leader of a major report produced by OECD MOPAN: Lessons in Multilateral Effectiveness: Pulling Together the Multilateral Response to Climate Change , prepared through the Centennial consulting group. For PTF she has worked on strategy and project development.

She is fluent in English and French, and has degrees from the Universities of Oxford and Edinburgh. He was also an Auditrice Libre degree with the Institut d’ Etudes Politiques in Paris.
